Your agent,
at a glance.

Startr is being built to turn meaningful moments from AI agents and automations into one quiet Live Activity. See progress, fleeting opportunities, and the moment you're needed— without keeping another app open.

Startr Card Gallery · Beyond long-running work

Your agent watches the world.
Startr shows the moment.

It does not have to be a tiny dashboard. A paired automation can make Startr appear when the search is over, the cue is next, or the exception is yours—then get out of the way.

01 Window Scout

The opening exists now.

A short-lived tee time, table, appointment, or upgrade becomes one clear review window.

02 Cue Mode

The whole plan becomes the next cue.

A shoot, show, dinner, or launch can surface the one transition that matters now.

03 Story Mode

The Lock Screen joins the adventure.

Museum trails, scavenger hunts, and brand activations can reveal the next clue at just the right moment.

04 Invent yours

The best use case probably has not been named yet.

Your agent supplies the intelligence. Startr supplies a secure, glanceable surface with a small, dependable grammar.

[ state ][ one line of context ][ countdown ][ progress ]

Illustrative concepts, not announced integrations. Paired agents and automations provide the intelligence; Startr provides the private display route. Any consequential action opens Startr for review.

A calmer control surface

The work keeps moving.
You keep your attention.

Your agent speaks when the state changes—not every time the clock does.

PROGRESS

Know it's healthy.

Keep the current phase, completed work, and ETA visible while you do something else.

LANDING

Know how it ended.

The final verdict stays at hand long enough to close the loop—then gets out of the way.

The Live Activity grammar

One countdown.
One decision.
One line of context.

That's enough to understand what changed without rebuilding the agent's entire interface on your Lock Screen.

01
A countdown

Rendered on your device, so the clock moves without a stream of push messages.

02
A decision

Running, waiting, needs attention, or landed—the state that changes what you do next.

03
A line of context

Short, useful, and designed for a glance instead of another dashboard.

How it works

Three events. One quiet surface.

1

Your agent

Sends start, update, or end only when the work meaningfully changes.

2

Startr routes it

Your private pairing selects the exact installation—never a public inbox.

3

iPhone renders it

The Lock Screen and Dynamic Island on supported iPhones keep the current state at a glance.

START a card UPDATE on change END with the verdict

Private by design

Pair it on purpose.
Unpair it completely.

When Agent Cards become available, they will be off by default. Pairing will create a private route to one random installation ID—without turning your habit history into agent context.

  • No habit, Health, or location data will be sent to the Agent Card service.

  • No readable card history. Short card fields will pass through Supabase and Apple Push Notification service; Startr's application database will not retain readable card content or a readable history feed.

  • Separate private credentials. The app's pairing credential will stay in iOS Keychain; an agent credential will stay out of the app.

  • Constrained cards. No remote images or arbitrary web links—only approved symbols and Startr-owned routes.

  • A real off switch. Unpairing will remove the installation's routing tokens from Startr's service.

Good questions

Before you pair.

Which agents will it work with?

Agent Cards are designed for agents and automations that can send a secure authenticated HTTPS event. The pairing experience and setup guides will arrive with a future testing release.

Does the agent get access to my Startr habits?

No. Agent Cards are an inbound display route. Pairing will not give an agent access to your habit names, entries, streaks, Health data, or location.

Will it drain my battery with constant updates?

It is designed around state changes rather than timer ticks. When an ETA is present, the countdown renders locally on your iPhone instead of requiring a push every second.

Can I use it today?

Not yet. Agent Cards are in development for a limited private beta and are not available in TestFlight today. Join the launch list and we'll let you know when testing opens.
