Agents connect, cards update, and a person can answer back. Shared Cue updates and synchronized countdowns have been tested on two phones. Startr is the display layer, not a built-in agent, schedule executor or emergency notification service.

Agent Cards are optional. Setup creates an anonymous service identity and a private, revocable device connection without asking for your name, email or password—or turning habit history into agent context.

No habit, Health, or location data is sent to the Agent Card service.

No readable card-history feed. Display text passes through Supabase and Apple Push Notification service rather than being stored in Startr's application tables. Connection names, fixed answers and operational metadata are retained; provider logging is a separate boundary described in the Privacy Policy.

Separate private credentials. The app's pairing credential stays in iOS Keychain; each agent receives its own revocable capability.

Which agents work with it?
Connect Claude or Grok through browser approval with matching codes in Startr, or use a trusted setup helper or compatible custom-header MCP app. The header-based path has been tested in Codex desktop. Provider accounts and chat surfaces differ; these are custom integrations, not partnerships or endorsements. Choose your setup path.
Can I paste the setup link into chat?
Only the short-lived setup invitation, and only when an installed, trusted Startr setup helper supports chat pairing. It contains no reusable key and does not install tools. For Claude/Grok browser setup, enter the invitation on auth.startrapp.com instead. A private Authorization header belongs only in its compatible connector settings, never a transcript, email or demonstration screenshot.
Does the agent get access to my Startr habits?
No. Agent Cards are an inbound display route. Pairing does not give an agent access to your habit names, entries, streaks, Health data, or location.
Will it drain my battery with constant updates?
It is designed around state changes rather than timer ticks. When an ETA is present, the countdown renders locally on your iPhone instead of requiring a push every second.
How do I answer Yes or No?
Tap the fixed Yes or No button on the Lock Screen card. In Dynamic Island, long-press to expand it first. Tapping the card body opens Startr; Watch and compact/minimal Island presentations are display-only.
Why does Dynamic Island show only one card?
iOS selects one Startr Live Activity for Dynamic Island. All active cards remain on the Lock Screen and as separate Apple Watch Smart Stack activities; same-app cards cannot be swiped in Dynamic Island.
Does Cue Mode run a whole schedule?
No. Cue Mode displays the current or next cue, but the host agent or another persistent executor must send each update. Scheduled Cues and reusable Crew are not shipped capabilities.
Can I use it today?
Yes. Download Startr from the U.S. App Store, then follow the setup guide. This page describes the shipping Agent Card capabilities.
