Pricing questions

Why is there no lifetime plan?

Agent Cards are a live service. Secure pairing, backend processing, and Live Activity delivery create ongoing costs, so a lifetime promise would eventually work against the reliability people are paying for.

Does the weekly plan include a trial?

No. The 7-day free trial is for eligible annual subscribers only. Weekly is the flexible paid option and starts billing immediately after purchase.

Will Founding subscribers really keep $39.99?

That is the plan: preserve the $39.99 annual renewal price while the subscription remains uninterrupted, then charge $49.99/year to new annual subscribers after the Founding window.

Are these prices available now?

Yes. Subscribe in the Startr app on the App Store. These are the United States prices; the purchase sheet shows the applicable price, terms and trial eligibility before you subscribe.

How many Agent Cards are included?

Free includes one connected agent and one live Agent Card. Startr Pro supports five connected agents and five concurrent cards in one shared pool. Fixed low-stakes Yes/No replies are included on both tiers.

How do I cancel or restore?

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple Account subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in Startr and restores eligible paid access, not agent credentials. Deleting the app or its connection does not cancel a subscription. See the Privacy Policy and Apple standard EULA.
