FAQ

Do I need an account to use Startr?

No. Startr works entirely on your device — no sign-up, no login.

Does my data sync between my iPhone and iPad?

Yes, if you enable iCloud sync in Settings → Startr. Sync happens through your own private iCloud account; we have no access to it.

I'm not getting notifications.

Open iOS Settings → Startr → Notifications and confirm that Allow Notifications is on. Then, in Startr's own settings, make sure notifications are enabled and that you have at least one goal-oriented activity that isn't already complete for the period.

How do reminder schedules work?

Startr scales reminder frequency to your goal period so you aren't pinged daily for yearly goals:

How do I delete an activity?

Swipe left on the activity card on the Home screen, or open the activity and tap Delete at the bottom. Deletion removes all logged entries for that activity.
