Add the connector

Tell your agent to keep a Startr card updated. It starts, updates and ends the card as the work moves.

When a decision is low-stakes, the agent asks Yes or No. You tap; it reads the answer and keeps going.

What the card will and won't do.

01 · ANY AGENT

Claude, Codex, Grok, or any MCP app.

Claude and Grok connect with OAuth. Codex and other MCP apps use a private header. Same five tools either way.

02 · HONEST STATE

No frozen “running…”.

Every update replaces the whole card. If the agent goes quiet, the card goes stale after two hours, and every card ends within eight.

03 · SAFE BY DESIGN

Nothing on the card can bite you.

Short text only: no links, phone numbers or callbacks. The only button opens Startr. Yes/No never approves purchases, messages or deletes.

04 · PRIVATE

It never sees your code.

Startr receives only the short card text your agent sends and stores event metadata, not the text. No account, no email.

Your agent sends every update.

The card moves when your agent tells it to, so it only updates while the agent session is running. Free includes one agent and one live card; a Yes/No question uses that slot, so a progress card and a question at the same time needs Pro (five cards).

Before you try it

Does it work with Claude Code?

Yes. Add it with one command and authenticate with /mcp. The Claude Code guide walks through it.

What about Codex or Grok?

Grok connects the same way as Claude. Codex uses a URL plus a private header. See setup.

Will it spam my phone?

No. It's one card per task that changes in place, not a stream of notifications.

What does it cost?

Free for one agent and one live card. Pro is $2.99/week or $39.99/year (founding price) for five agents and five cards.

Android?

Not today. Startr is an iPhone app.
