Your first shoot with Cue Mode

For producers, photographers and studio managers. Keep up to five people on the same look, and move everyone with one word.

10 minutes the day beforeNo coding

Before you start

Claude connected to Startr. Do this first (10 minutes, once).
Your shot list, in any form: a doc, a spreadsheet, a photo of the call sheet.
Up to five people on iPhone: photographer, stylist, MUA, assistant, client.

The day before

Get the team ready

Text your team and ask them to install Startr:
Hi! For our shoot I'll be sending the live shot list straight to your iPhone Lock Screen, so you always know what look is next. Please install the free Startr app before then: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/startr-agent-cards-habits/id6791654090 On the day I'll text you a link. Tap it and choose Follow cue. That's it.
They must install Startr before tapping your invite link. Startr is iPhone-only.
Do a 2-minute test: ask Claude to
Start a Startr Cue card called "Test" with the first two looks of this shot list: [paste it].
Share it from Settings › Agent Cards › Shared Cue › Send invite, have one person follow it, say next, then end the card.

Start the shoot

Paste into Claude:
Here is today’s shot list: [paste it]. Start a Startr Cue card called "Shoot day". Headline is the current look, the status says what the stylist, MUA and assistant need to prep, and include a countdown to the next look. When I say next, advance one look. Keep lines short.
Share it and text the invite to your team:
Here's today's shot list, live on your Lock Screen. Tap the link, then choose Follow cue. (Install Startr first.)

During the shoot

Just talk to Claude

On set

If something doesn't work

Someone tapped the link and nothing happened

They need Startr installed first. Install, then tap the link again.

Someone can't see the card

Live Activities must be on in Settings › Startr. Late joiners see it at your next update.

A long day

Cards last up to eight hours. Ask Claude to end the morning card with what's next and start an afternoon one, then share the new invite.
